- Bei Maßabweichungen außerhalb der Toleranz bitte das fehlerhafte Maß zusammen mit einer Messung kenntlich machen und fotografieren
- Auch Messprotokolle oder Ähnliches können Sie uns mitschicken
- Bei Geometrieabweichungen bitte die fehlerhafte Form möglichst scharf abfotografieren und zudem im Foto hervorheben
- Bitte beschreiben Sie Abweichungen zum Katalog durch Screenshots der jeweiligen Produktseite und Hervorhebung der nicht eingehaltenen Parameter
- Falls für das Verständnis hilfreich, wenn möglich, bitte fotografisch den Vergleich des reklamierten Bauteils und eines einwandfreien darstellen und / oder Funktionsabweichungen bildlich zusammen mit dem zugehörigen Gegenstück veranschaulichen

- Si prega di descrivere le differenze rispetto al catalogo facendo degli screenshot della pagina corrispondente ed evidenziando le differenze
- per meglio evidenziare il problema è possibile comparate il prodotto contestato con uno corretto
